1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old (age may vary based on vehicle type).
A valid driver’s license and national ID/passport are required at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, mobile banking, and cash (conditions apply).
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
3. Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles must only be used for legal, personal, or business transportation.
Smoking, racing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
Renters are responsible for any damage or traffic violations during the rental period.
4. Pickup & Return
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed locations and times.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Fuel policy: Return with the same fuel level as at pickup, or refueling fees will apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Liability & Insurance
Basic insurance is included with all rentals.
Additional insurance packages may be available for purchase.
Renters are liable for damages not covered by insurance.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or change rates and terms without prior notice.
Vehicles are subject to availability.
